Silver Service - CONSULTATION
This will be the first level of service. Clients will receive an on-site consultation which will tailor their requirements for a personalized Earthquake Supply Kit (ESK @). The consultation will include the clients emergency requirements and needs following which recommendations and suggestions for a personalized earthquake survival kit for home, family and pets will be drawn up to agreed and confirmed specifications.
You will receive a detailed report of the items recommended for your survival kit, including the best place of where and how to store them. A plan of a safe place, where to meet other family members after an earthquake, together with emergency contact numbers for you to keep. Location of the gas shut-off valve, and how to shut off the gas, if needed.
Gold Service - PREPARING YOUR EARTHQUAKE SUPPLY KIT
This will be the second level of service. The agreed personal supplies will be provided in an ESK @ in a timely manner, based on market availability.
Platinum Service - MONITORING YOUR EARTHQUAKE KIT.
This will be the third level of service. A database of clients products and date of delivery, expiration dates of contents will be kept. In good time before expiry the client will be advised of the upcoming expiry and a solicitation letter will be sent for renewal requirement services. This will entail review of their ESK @ and update and replacement of supplies which require renewal.
